It’s ok to not be ok. When you’re a new parent, a parent with a child who has experienced a trauma, or if you’re just in need of support, you’ve come to the right place. Sometimes a little direction, education, support, validation— or just an unbiased perspective—can point us in the direction of the answers we already have within ourselves. Early intervention provides the best results for children struggling with anxiety, depression, behavioral problems, transitions, and those who have experienced trauma. It is my goal to provide interventions to support these individuals and families. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, rostered on the national list of Child Parent Psychotherapy clinician's and I’m Eagala Certified as a mental health professional. I enjoy using techniques from experiential modalities including Equine-Assisted Psychotherapy, Art Therapy, Sand-Tray Therapy, and Play Therapy.
