Ana and Jennifer of Serenity and Solutions Counseling Center are here to assist you on that journey of finding your inner strength, inner peace, and personal serenity. Life isn't always what we planned due to trauma, depression, anxiety, and stress, but we each have in us the abilities to find solutions that will help make us more content and whole. Ana is trained in working with those who have experienced trauma and has advanced training in techniques that help the mind and body to heal. Ana can do counseling sessions in Spanish. Jennifer is trained to work with children through to seniors. She has advanced training in ADHD, Autism and those with dual diagnoses of mental and physical health issues.
