Our favorite clients are women, in their twenties and beyond, who are just trying to figure out life; whether it be dealing with formal mental health issues, such as depression or anxiety or ADHD, difficult relational issues, parenting, recovery from trauma, or those searching for purpose, direction, and meaning in life.
