I am Rose, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I have been in the field for over 30 years. I would describe my approach in therapy as client-centered and strength-based. I utilize compassion for each client that comes in the door, on the screen, or through the telephone. I've been told by past clients that they are very comfortable during therapy sessions with me and feel much calmer as they leave. I utilize EMDR processes, cognitive behavioral therapy, music therapy, and am currently exploring how to utilize other therapies as needed.
