Hello, I'm an adolescent and family therapist based out of Sarasota, FL. I am passionate about helping youth who are struggling with intense emotions, difficulty expressing themselves, and who are having frequent conflicts at home or school. I can offer after-school hours, weekend hours, and home visits depending on location. I can also help parents who may feel overwhelmed and unsure how to support their child. These families want peace, stronger communication, and tools to manage stress and anger. They seek understanding and a safe space to rebuild connection and trust with one another.
