As a former trauma-informed high school therapist with over 10 years of clinical experience, I provide a safe, supportive space where teens can work through anxiety, trauma, emotional dysregulation, self-esteem issues, and relational challenges. I also work closely with parents, offering guidance and collaboration to strengthen the family system—because when families are supported and functioning well, teens thrive.
