My grandfather used to tell me: “Write your life in pencil for it will surely change”. While we can be certain that our life and circumstances will change throughout life, what we can rely on is our ability to adapt. I view counseling as an opportunity to help you figure out how to adapt to the curveballs life throws at us. I can help you learn new coping skills, gain a fresh perspective, or provide a listening ear, I believe that you too can adapt. I have experience in areas such as depression, anxiety, adjustment, oncology, chronic illness, and grief and loss.
