I work with individuals, couples, and families, holding the belief that we are shaped in relationship and it is through relationship that we heal. So much of what aches in us began when we were young, when love felt uncertain, when needs went unheard. In our work together, we slow down and listen to those early echoes, tracing how they still move through your life and relationships today. With compassion and curiosity, we tend to the places where connection frayed, and gently begin to weave something new.
