Seva Counseling is a therapy practice in the heart of Des Moines' East Village. Our therapists provide services in-person and via telehealth to adults of all ages, children and adolescents age 5 and up, as well as couples and families. Seva offers evidence-based treatments for Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Panic Disorder & Agoraphobia, Phobias, Social Anxiety Disorder, Body Dysmorphic Disorder (BDD) and related issues.
