I am a licensed clinical social worker who is passionate about helping children, teens, young adults, and parents through life’s challenges. Whether it's managing symptoms of ADHD, anxiety, and depression or navigating behavioral concerns and strengthening family dynamics, I provide a warm, collaborative, and non-judgmental space for growth and healing. I earned my undergraduate degree from Florida Atlantic University and completed my Master's at Barry University. I came to Balanced Minds from a non-profit setting, spending 20 years working with children and families who experienced trauma, loss, family separation, and adoption.
