Shaale is a Registered Mental Health Counseling Intern who is passionate about helping people heal from past trauma and difficult life experiences. She equips her clients with practical coping skills to help them navigate life’s challenges. She works with clients ages 15 and older and has experience treating trauma, anxiety, depression, panic disorders, bipolar disorder, life transitions, and parenting concerns. Shaale integrates evidence-based interventions into her work and is trained in EMDR, CBT, and TBRI. She is also a facilitator of Prepare/Enrich Premarital Counseling. Shaale is a bilingual therapist who provides counseling in both English and Spanish.
