While going through life, we sometimes forget to focus on ourselves. As a result, our stresses, past trauma, relationship issues, tend to catch up with us. I want to create a safe environment for individuals and couples to be able to discuss issues that may be hampering them in their daily life. I believe that the very first step to having a fulfilling life is to be able to look at your life.
