I specialise in evidence-based treatment for school-aged children, teens and younger adolescents suffering from general anxiety, social anxiety, panic attacks, agoraphobia, OCD-related disorders, adjustment disorders, separation anxiety, avoidant/restrictive food intake disorder, ADHD and phobias. I tailor my interventions to the needs of my clients and also work very closely with parents and schools to implement an approach that is geared towards support and safety for my clients. I specialise in Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Exposure and Ritual Prevention (ERP) Therapy.
