My goal as a therapist is to support you in getting exactly where you want to go. I believe that we all need consistent encouragement, positive reinforcement, and fresh perspectives to become the people we truly want to be. I utilize a person-centered approach to help you clarify your goals and build a solid foundation for the lasting changes you wish to make. I specialize in trauma-informed care and have extensive experience working with individuals navigating substance use disorders, criminal justice system involvement, DHS cases, and socioeconomic challenges (housing, employment, and transportation insecurity).
