Shakira is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in New York state. Shakira completed her Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling at Baruch College in New York City. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Johnson & Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island. Shakira has experience with delivering counseling sessions to clients of all ages while addressing related issues such as interpersonal relationships, work-life stressors, depression, anxiety, grief, substance abuse, and providing counseling to clients with open criminal court cases.
