I am a licensed psychologist in Maryland and have broad experience helping individuals with both cognitive- and emotional concerns. At GY Counseling, I am prepared to help patients address a range of issues, including anxiety, depression, stress, ADHD, relationships, feelings of ineffectiveness and underachievement, and sleep. The treatment process begins with an initial session that focuses on clarifying the patient's goals and establishing a treatment plan. Throughout the process, I emphasize the client-therapist relationship, a goal-oriented approach, listening and respect, and collaboration.
