In my humble opinion every client is an ideal client. Essentially we are all trying to navigate the human experience, which is HARD work but rewarding. Overall, I do my best work in assisting individuals with trauma, anxiety, depression, and grief; however, I do utilize many tools to help with a wide array of mental health concerns. I look forwards to helping clients first identify their needs and try to help them access relevant resources to help themselves progress in a way that is observable by others. Goals vary from client to client and I enjoy collaborating with clients and being intentional in putting our plans into actions.
