Hi! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in California. I have been practicing for over 15 years. I work with young adults, adults and seniors dealing with the ups and downs of life. While my practice is general, my primary area of interest lies in understanding trauma and how it often manifests anxiety and depression. I am deeply invested in empowering clients to tap into their potential, challenge the narratives holding them back, and acquire the tools needed to lead fulfilling lives.
