I believe that everyone has the ability to change. Sometimes it can be difficult being in the driver seat alone, so why not allow me to be there for you as the passenger? From my perspective, the client plays an integral role as the expert of their life. In sharing their journey with me, I hope to help them work towards sustainable growth and healing. My ideal client is someone who may be experiencing difficulty navigating their day-to-day responsibilities due to past trauma, current life stressors, and relationship issues.
