My goal is to help individuals accept themselves for who they are while learning skills to enhance their life. I meet each individual where they are, and provide a non- judgmental environment for them to experience who they truly want to be. I truly believe that if you are patient with yourself and others, you can attain a more peaceful and happy existence. I specialize in working with children, pre-teens, teens, and adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, low self- esteem, substance abuse, trauma, adjustment issues, behavioral problems, divorce, and poor social skills.
