I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over ten years of experience providing individual therapy services to adolescents and adults. I have experience working with a wide range of emotional and behavioral issues including depression, anxiety, stress management, interpersonal concerns, low self-esteem, trauma related issues, loss and life adjustments. I work collectively with each client to create a trusting, safe and supportive therapeutic relationship. In doing so, we build the foundation for addressing issues and concerns that are impacting life.
