About
The majority of my work has been centered around the neurobiology of trauma, and early attachment experiences that form and shape relationships, beliefs, feelings and behaviors in the present. Our physiologic state facilitates either connection and intimacy or defense and protection. Together, we will access parts of self with a dual brain approach (one eye at a time) to deepen awareness of internal patterns and facilitate integration. My job is to create the environment and provide the tools to help us uncover, explore and integrate the unconscious and conscious parts of the psyche and the body wisdom View 5 Photos I feel it is important to individualize my approach not only for each client, but in each moment. I practice mindfulness, with deep attunement, in the session which helps me pay close attention to subtle details that may serve as messengers and guideposts. Therapy is very much a dynamic and collaborative process.
