From those battling anxiety and depression to those coping with ADHD, mood disorders, PTSD, or substance use, I provide a safe, judgment-free space to process what you’re going through and find strategies that work for you. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, discouraged, or unsure of how to move forward. You may be constantly worrying, struggling to stay focused, or weighed down by sadness or trauma.
