Welcome! My name is Shane, and I am a licensed therapist specializing in trauma and addiction recovery. I am dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care to help individuals navigate the complexities of trauma and overcome the challenges of addiction. Trauma resides in the mind and the body and can have lasting impacts on many different areas of a person's life. My approach to therapy is holistic, addressing the underlying causes of addiction and trauma and promoting overall well-being. I utilize a combination of therapeutic techniques, including CBT, IFS, Polyvagal theory, mindfullness, and narrative therapy.
