I am here to help those who are suffering in some way and want to improve their situation. I have nearly 20 years of experience working with and for clients and patients in many settings, including residential treatment centers such as Fairbanks Hospital in Indy and Meadows Hospital in Bloomington, and two of the oldest non-profits around in the Children's Bureau and Families First. I strive to meet my clients where they are in life, recognize and build upon current strengths, and provide them with tools they can use after our time together is over. I incorporate mindfulness and meditation into treatment when appropriate, but can also provide treatment in more traditional ways.
