With over 20 yrs experience in the mental health field, I believe it shouldn't be so complicated to live outside of the survival-mode loop. Now more than ever, people have been bombarded with a lot of negative and fear-driving events that only add to their individual life stressors. Let's stop the overflow of stress together.
