Together, we rewrite the stories that have shaped us, giving voice to past harms and hurts while also addressing the impact of societal, individual, and generational trauma. My mission is to witness and empower, to root in the co-regulation of the therapeutic relationship and the immeasurable wisdom of your own body. I help you gently uncover what hurts, rewrite your narratives, rebuild yourself, hold yourself accountable, fall in love with yourself, connect to yourself, nurture beautiful relationships, unpack systemic oppression, bloom into and become fully present to your life.
