Navigating life can be difficult at times. As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, I am passionate about collaborating with individuals and families to address challenges- and to find and build upon their unique strengths. I use a strengths-based approach that is person-centered because I believe people are the experts of their own lives. I also believe it’s helpful to have new tools to use, so I bring expertise in a variety of evidenced based practices and techniques.
