Like many of us, most of my clients are seeking greater meaning in their lives, improved connection and satisfaction in relationships, and relief from loneliness, worry, rumination, and shame. My practice is based on values that emphasize acceptance/non-judgment, compassion, and authenticity. We all need a space where we don't feel judged and are free to explore who we are, what we want, and who we want to become. My approach to therapy is evidence-based yet compassionate, flexible, and individualized. I have over 20 years of combined clinical and leadership experience in the field supporting individuals, couples, and other helping professionals as they navigate the stress and uncertainty of life. I have specialized training in treatment of anxiety, OCD (ERP), phobias, health anxiety, panic disorder, agoraphobia, generalized anxiety, and insomnia.
