Hello, this is Shannon, I’m passionate about mental health and helping others to not just survive, but thrive. Although I’ve been a licensed therapist for over 13 years, life experiences as a mom to 3 boys, a military spouse and a military Veteran myself, have helped evolve and shape me into the therapist that I am today. Throughout the therapeutic process, I will interweave and focus on key lifestyle factors that may be contributing to a clients current emotional state, such as diet/nutrition, movement, sleep, and spirituality.
