Life is filled with ups and downs, both internally—in our thoughts and emotions—and externally— in circumstances and interpersonal relationships. It can be very difficult to navigate all of these stressors day-to-day, nonetheless do the work to reflect and restore. I believe in the way of “through”, I am an ever bringer of validation and hope, and holding space for your overall wellness. Aside from my experience in psychotherapy over the past seven years, I am also a nurse and currently working on my psychiatric nurse practitioner degree. I am pleased to add these credentials to my experience to provide a more holistic approach.
