A clinical therapist with over 25 years of experience providing counseling services to a wide variety of individuals in many different settings and capacities, of all ages, couples, families, and groups. I've helped numerous individuals navigate their unique situations and regain health, happiness, and success. I realize, for all of us, there will be challenges and difficult times in our lives, but we also have a wonderful capacity to regain control, learn new skills/strategies, and work through these challenges in a healthy and prosperous way. We don't have to do this alone. I can help. In your first session, we'll explore what brought you to therapy and then decide the most appropriate ways to help you achieve your treatment goals. We will set goals for our work together and discuss various modalities that can help you achieve your objectives.
