My approach is empowering and straight forward, tailored to both presenting challenges and your innate strength and resilience. I specialize in prenatal and postpartum mental health care and am trained through Postpartum International Support (PSI). I integrate my training in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) to help clients effectively overcome past trauma and negative beliefs of self. The therapeutic relationship is one that can be rewarding, honest, open, and most of all, human. It is a nonjudgmental space for exploration and self understanding.
