I focus my practice on working with adults and adolescents who are experiencing major life transitions, family of origin issues, trauma, chronic illness, grief, depression and anxiety. As a transgender therapist, I have personal and professional experience addressing the needs of the LGBTQ+ community as well as folks who are beginning to navigate and explore their gender. I also have expertise in helping people explore and change their relationship with alcohol, drug and other addictions. I believe it is imperative that people have an opportunity to show up as their full selves and feel safe, supported, and affirmed.
