Hello! My name is Shannon Litle and I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist. I am also a former Deputy Sheriff, a mother, stepmother, wife to a retired Deputy Sheriff, a CrossFit athlete, and a retired competitive gymnast. These many roles relate to the communities I am passionate about serving: first responders navigating work-related trauma and stress, along with their spouses and significant others; mothers facing the emotional complexities of preconception, pregnancy, and postpartum life; and current and former athletes dealing with performance anxiety, perfectionism, and the challenges of life after sport.
