A clinical therapist with over 28 years of experience providing cousenling services to a wide variety of individuals in many different settings and capacities, of all ages, couples, families, and groups. I've helped numerous people work through their unique situations and regain health, happiness, and success. I realize, for all of us, there will be challenges and difficult times in our lives; but that we also have a wonderful capacity to regain control, learn new skills/strategies, and work through these challenges in a healthy and prosperous way. We don't have to do this alone. I can help. Some of my training and specialties include, but are not limited to: ART (Accelerated Resolution Therapy), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Oriented Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Parent Management Training.
