My work centers on building a safe, affirming, and collaborative relationship where you feel seen and supported in your healing. I work with individuals and couples navigating a range of experiences, including trauma, anxiety, grief, perinatal & life transitions. My approach is neuro-somatic (mind and body), trauma-sensitive, and client-centered. I aim to tailor therapy to each person’s unique needs, strengths, and goals.
