My ideal client is someone struggling to accept and understand the way their life has changed, whether that is through divorce, the birth of a child, loss of faith, kids growing up, or the effects of depression, anxiety, or disability. I hope to help clients see how different ways of thinking can be helpful, and that endings are the best place for new beginnings, that grief is part of life, but not the only part.
