I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, working with adolescents, adults and families. I have experience working with a wide-range of clients; however, I specialize in anxiety, depression, self-esteem, trauma, relationships, substance use, ADHD, grief and life transitions. I am trained in CBT, DBT, psychodynamic, somatic, and Gottman approaches.
