I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and an Integrative therapist. I love sharing my gifts of sitting deeply with a person to find the beauty in the pain. My goal is to see the shoe person. I blend talk therapy with somatic practices (breathwork, energy psychology, tapping, inner child work, meditation). I work with clients who have experienced emotional or physical neglect or abuse in childhood to become gentle and nurturing with themselves and to move toward letting their authentic self-shine and connect with the world in a meaningful way.
