Hello. I'm Shannon! My goal as your therapist is to help you create a meaningful and enjoyable life. I bring 15 years of experience to help you get there. Whether you come to therapy to manage a pre-existing condition/diagnosis or are looking to improve the relationships in your life; I am happy to assist you until you get to where you would like to be. I meet people where they are at, provide unconditional support, and offer a safe space to explore their world and how they would like it to improve. I use a variety of theories and techniques to best fit each person's preferences and goals.
