Offering support for those who carry a lot. I work with adults and teens, including caregivers and helping professionals, who are navigating anxiety, burnout, trauma, grief, and life transitions. Many of my clients experience chronic stress or secondary trauma from roles that require them to show up for others. My approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and grounded, offering a supportive space where you don’t have to hold everything together. Together, we focus on restoring balance, clarity, resilience, and a stronger connection to yourself.
