Hello, I’m Shannon, and welcome to House of Grace — a women’s mental health practice centered on the unique experiences and needs of women across every stage of life. My approach is trauma-informed and compassionate, with a focus on supporting women through life transitions, anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief, perinatal mental health concerns, and the emotional and cognitive load that often comes with motherhood. As a clinician, I specialize in women’s mental health across life stages, especially motherhood. I provide trauma-informed care for anxiety, depression, ADHD, perinatal mental health, grief and bereavement, and maternal mental load. I use IFS, ICBT, and CBT. As a former teacher, school counselor, and mom of three, I welcome mothers, daughters, and teens.
