Welcome to a therapy space that is engaging, supportive and builds on your strengths. Connecting in a playful manner with elementary age kids or creating strong, supportive connections with teens and adult clients is my specialty. I support clients with validating where they are coming from and what has shaped them, building awareness, processing difficult experiences or changing family dynamics, developing coping and distress tolerance skills, as well as collaborating with caregivers and schools for strategies that work in supporting children.
