Hello and welcome. I’m passionate about creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can show up exactly as you are. My approach is integrative and transpersonal, blending trauma-informed mindfulness, somatic (body-based) awareness, strengths-based work, and experiential techniques to help you reconnect with your inner wisdom and feel more empowered in your life. When we deepen our presence and learn to listen to the body, we can begin releasing the weight of the past and easing the worry of the future.
