I draw from an integrated approach to therapy, incorporating person-centered, attachment-based, and EMDR modalities to tailor treatment to your unique needs and goals. With over 20 years in helping professions and more than 18 years working in the field of substance use disorders, I bring both experience and a heartfelt commitment to every client I serve.
