As a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, I have found that the type of therapy I provide allows opportunity for people to experience insight, hope, and change. While in treatment with me, clients will develop an understanding as to what has contributed to their style of thinking, behaviors, and decision making process. I assist my clients in feeling comfortable in their own skin and helping them identify their strengths. Upon having an awareness of what strengths are within you, my goal will be to help you utilize these strengths towards overcoming the challenges and issues in your lives.
