My ideal client is 18-65 years old and they find themselves struggling with overthinking, stress sensitivity, excessive worry about the present and future. Also, they may have a hard time moving on from negative past experiences that left emotional wounds or dysregulation. Wounds that impact their day to day life, peace of mind, self esteem, self-concept, hope, and/or current relationships. Furthermore, my ideal client would want to gain self insight, self-empowerment, and more effective coping/self-regulation skills to process, learn, and move forward stronger as well as wiser.
