Hi there! My name is Shara and I am a licensed ND Clinical Psychotherapist with experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and fellow Veterans in overcoming trauma-related difficulties utilizing an integrated psychotherapeutic approach. I received a bachelors degree in Psychology from Columbia College and completed a masters degree from Northwestern University in Clinical Psychotherapy. I specialize in Trauma-Focused Psychotherapy, Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Neuro-Affirming Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Play Therapy, and EMDR (EMDRIA-Trained) with a Person-Centered application.
