What in your life is not working for you? What if you could identify it, explore it? change it? How would you be leading the life you seek? There is a gross misconception that therapy is for people who are chronically mentally ill. That is not my philosophy. I believe that anyone can be metaphorically driving their car on the road of life and end up off the road, maybe in a ditch. I believe in partnering with my clients to understand the struggle, whether a present challenge, an unresolved past issue, or facing an uncertain future. Together, we can put the car back on the road, or find an entirely new road to follow.
